HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?
Each individual's journey is different. Some people stay longer than others in treatment, and that is something we will discuss together. Our therapists will work with you in order to orient around your needs as best as possible to give you an experience that is uniquely fitting to you.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Contact us via e-mail or phone call to get started as a new client. Existing clients can use their patient portal to schedule and reschedule appointments.
WHAT INSURANCES CAN YOU ACCEPT?
We are currently able to accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Priority Health and Medicaid.
HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
Individual Therapy - the cost will depend on your insurance as each person's plan will dictate their co-pay and deductible amounts. We will work to inform you, to the best of our ability, of these amounts prior to a session. We cannot make any guarantees about coverage. If you do not have insurance, we have a self-pay rate of $175 an hour.
Group Therapy - $25 per session
Substance Abuse Assessment - $300 ($75 non-refundable fee due at the time of scheduling, with $225 due at the time of the appointment). You can expect to receive all necessary paperwork 2-4 business days after your one hour appointment with one of our qualified therapists. Unable to bill insurance for this service.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO SUBSTANCE ABUSE ASSESSMENT?
If you have a lawyer and/or probation agent we ask that you bring that information with you to your appointment. We will have you sign a Release of Information so that we can share the completed assessment with them. We also ask that you bring:
-
a history of any treatment you have completed in the past
-
information regarding any AA/NA meetings you have attended
-
any criminal history you may have with dates of charges
-
a current list of prescribed medication
