LLPC
Therapist
I strive to provide a welcoming and safe space for all individuals, founded on respect, empathy, and understanding. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I integrate a variety of evidence-based practices in my work, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, existential therapy, and solution-focused therapy, each tailored to promote healing. My goal is for the client to feel heard as we work together to address the presenting concerns and achieve the envisioned goals.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across various networks. Specifically, I have experience working with individuals who have struggled with Stress, self-esteem issues, behavioral issues, emotional regulation, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, family conflict, depression, trauma related to systemic oppression, and life transitions and changes.
I am committed to facilitating services for children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Why I do what I do...
I am driven by the fundamental belief that everyone has the capacity to achieve their envisioned goals and deserves care, support, and resources to thrive, not just survive.
I chose this meaningful profession as I am motivated to contribute to the mental health wellbeing of communities through authentic, collaborative, and outcome-oriented approaches.
I integrate evidence-based techniques while ensuring each session validates your unique experiences and prioritizes your envisioned goals. We will work together to rediscover, process, and navigate through the presenting challenges.
The moment a client acknowledges a pattern of living on autopilot, which happens often based on survival mechanisms learned throughout life, they can truly begin to seek alternative ways to create a new, healthier future for themselves that prioritizes their physical, mental, emotional, and social dimensions.
